Yul Edochie, a Nigerian-born veteran actor, has joined other celebrities in offering advice to citizens ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The actor, who was recently in the news for cheating on his first wife and marrying another actress, took to Instagram to plead with fans to refrain from using violence.
He also advised Nigerians that any politician who wants to engage them in any form of violence should bring their children to lead the squad.
Any candidate who wants to engage you to cause mayhem on election day, tell him to bring his children to lead the squad. Say ‘NO’ to election violence. Vote peacefully, he wrote.
Yul expresses love for his country
Meanwhile it is safe to say the actor’s recent upload was born out of his love for Nigeria.
In another post, Yul mentioned that he loves Nigeria his country, he believes things will get better and the country will do well.
