After asking the government of Nigeria to ease its citizens’ oppression, actress Kemi Afolabi has been criticized online.
Kemi Afolabi sent a message to the government on Instagram to complain about the rising inflation and its impact on the cost of living.
The actress said the country was getting worse because of the price increases, and she begged the government to help the people.
Many people were not happy with Kemi Afolabi’s remark, and they mocked the Nollywood stars for their support of the current government.
The actress and her coworkers were criticized for allegedly helping Nigeria’s current, unpopular government take power.

Another one, Seguna wrote, “Put us into this mess, when una dey support him, we warn una”
“Dollarizeme wrote, “. We don’t believe you all . Nigerians lavishing money on parties on a daily basis, sharing goats , rams , generators and bags of rice as souvenirs and wearing one time occasion dresses 👗 worth millions of Naira . What we see daily online says otherwise oo, we even envy the enjoyment! Nigerians living larger than an average American.”
