The revelation of American superstar Rihanna and her boyfriend ASAP Rocky’s odd name for their second kid has divided social media.

According to the US entertainment website TMZ, the couple welcomed their second kid, a baby boy, in early August and have officially disclosed the name for their second son: Riot Rose Mayers.

Riot was born on August 1, 2023, at 7.41 a.m. at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, according to the birth certificate obtained by The Blast, who originally revealed the child’s name.

Riot, in keeping with a naming custom that favors the letter ‘R,’ was the name given to their child. His name is thought to be a play on A$AP Rocky’s recent song Riot, which featured Pharrell Williams.
