Veteran Nollywood actor and film producer, Adebayo Salami aka Oga Bello has revealed about his health status.
He claimed that he has been battling with hypertension for forty years.
In a special interview with the Nigerian Tribune, this veteran actor revealed that he has been struggling with hypertension for over four decades.
Femi Adebayo’s father denoted that as one grows older, various health challenges may arise, saying he has accepted this as fate.
However, he shared his hope for divine grace to guarantee good health throughout the rest of his life.
Oga Bello stressed that, despite these health challenges, he maintains the ability to produce and act in movies and intends to continue doing so.
He said: “At this age, I still have the ability to produce and act in movies. In fact, I just finished producing my movie. It is a fact that you can’t attain this age and not nurse one ailment or the other.
“I have been battling with hypertension for more than 40 years and I have lived with it. To God be the glory, I am still alive and well. I will continue to pray to God for grace to live the rest of my life in good health and happiness.”
