During a recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, the skitmaker stated that she encountered problems as a child.
She described herself as an unhappy child who despised herself and even skipped school after stabbing someone.
The skitmaker went on to say that she had tried suicide but was saved by her mother who happened to stroll in by coincidence.
“I was dealing with a lot as a child. I stopped school because I fought and stabbed someone,
“I was a very angry child, angry to the point that I hated myself one time, and my mum walked in,” she said.
Calabar Chic recently revealed that she was s3xually assaulted at 14 on her way home from church.
She said the incident affected her spirituality and stopped her from attending church for seventeen years.
“Growing up as a 14-year-old, I was s3xually assaulted, brutalised, beaten and the guy had his way with me. I was just a teenager and I was returning from church the evening this happened,” she said.
“My relationship with God just went down and I did not attend church for seventeen years.”
