JUST IN: Adeleke appoints Acting Osun CJ despite court order

Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, has announced the appointment of Justice Olayinka David Afolabi as the acting Chief Judge of the state.

The appointment comes into effect immediately following the approval of the resolution by the State House of Assembly.
