Ayo Makun, a Nigerian comedian, has responded to artist Seun Kuti’s mockery of his situation.
The comedian and his family were forced to relocate to the United States when their Lagos house was destroyed by a fire.
On Wednesday, Seun Kuti mocked his pain by pointing out how AY referred to his daughter as a dog in one of his dry sketches and had also utilized his (Seun) hardships and pains to make jokes.
He claimed that he was always there for AY, especially when he lost his home, but AY made jokes about his daughter.
He dropped a bombshell about the comic, claiming that AY hits his wife and has a foul mouth, which everyone in the industry is aware of.
In response, AY stated that the more he tries to prevent antagonism and constant attacks, the more he sees himself as a programmed misery meal for others.
He stated that he didn’t want to respond to Seun Kuti, but his allegations of him depicting his daughter as a dog and that he hits his wife convinced him otherwise.
Sharing a video, he called on Seun Kuti to point out where he made such a statement about his daughter as children are always off-limits to him.
