Nigerian rapper, Odumodublvck, gets taunted by CDQ after the former leaks their DM on social media.
We recall that the Yoruba rapper took on the mantle to blast Odumodublvck and others’ style of singing in a recent interview anchored by BBNaija’s Tacha.
When thrown the question of the three rappers he loves, CDQ mentioned Majeed and Badboy Timz. While trying to recall the third musician, Tacha chipped in Odumodublvck, Shallipopi and Seyi Vibez names into the fray.
CDQ’s facial expression showed disgust at the hearing of those names, leaving huge question marks to what he felt about them.
As the discussion continued, CDQ retorted that he doesn’t seem to relate to those kind of melodies, as music goes far more than the streaming numbers for him..
Tacha continued to convince him of some the artistes’ songs and their lyrics but all to no avail, leaving him with no option but to insult them further. “When did music turn to this”, he said humorously.
In a follow up story, Odumodublvck hopped on his Twitter account in response to CDQ’s claims.
Odumodublvck screensgrabbed and shared their last chat, dated as far back as April, where he was commended by CDQ for his nice ‘sound’. The Igbo born rapper also responded in honour of the exhortation.
In a sequential story, CDQ has taken to his Instagram story to blast the Ebelebe rapper for exposing their conversation to the world.
Before that, CDQ clarified that he only loves his sound and not the lyrics of his songs. He has condemned his act and has vowed to always say it as it is, not minding whatever anyone thinks.
