Patti Harrison was (born on October 31, 1990), in Orient, Pickaway County, Ohio, to an American father and a Vietnamese mother. She has six older siblings, being the youngest in the family.

Her father worked in the U.S. Army and met Harrison’s mother during the Vietnam War. She was just 6 years old when her father passed away from a heart attack. Since then, Harrison and her six siblings were raised by their mother.

Harrison grew up in Orient, Ohio, the rural conservative community of the city. As a child, she was interested in watching comedy sketches, including Mad TV. She loved watching famous comedians’ shows, including Mo Collins, Debra Wilson, and Nicole Sullivan.

Patti Harrison began her comedy career while studying at Ohio University, where she got to participate in the Black Sheep improv team. After college, Harrison was passionate about pursuing her career as a comedian full-time.
