Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a Nigerian economist and current Director-General of the World Trade Organization, has encouraged the Super Eagles to emerge victorious in their football match against South Africa on Wednesday.
Using her Twitter page, the former finance minister conveyed her best wishes to the senior team and emphasized the importance of defeating the South African team at Stade Bouaké in Bouaké, Ivory Coast, during the semi-final match.
Okonjo-Iweala stressed the significance of securing a win in the semi-finals to secure a spot in the finals of the African Cup of Nations (AFCON).
