Reality TV star Angel Smith has spoken out against the bullying she has faced from critics, particularly in light of rumors circulating about her relationship with her former Big Brother Naija beau, Soma.
Following speculation of their breakup, Angel unfollowed Soma, fueling further gossip about their split.
She also made waves by removing Soma’s photos from her social media accounts.
Soma recently revisited the birthday message he dedicated to Angel on February 13, prompting Angel to take to X (formerly Twitter) to address the ongoing harassment and false accusations she has endured since 2021.
Asserting her decision to remain silent, Angel Smith acknowledged that not everyone may like her or view her in a positive light.
She questioned the need for ongoing scrutiny and asked why people couldn’t just let her be.
Her words:
“You guys have been bullying me since 2021, for no reason even the things you guys accused me of are untrue I still haven’t said a word. You don’t like me, I have heard, I’m a bad girl, I have heard. Honestly shut the hell up, wth.
“Even if we broke up, so????? If that were the case? Did you see us dragging ourselves online, you people are in relationships you can only tell God about and you have the audacity. Idiots.”
