Borussia Dortmund advanced to the Champions League Quarter-Finals with a 2-0 victory over PSV, completing a 3-1 aggregate.

Jadon Sancho, who is on loan from Manchester United, made an outstanding display, opening the scoring in the third minute with a strike from outside the area.

Marco Reus later extended Dortmund’s lead to secure the victory at the Westfalenstadion.

While Dortmund dominated the first half, PSV responded in the second half, putting pressure on Dortmund’s defense.

However, Dortmund’s goalkeeper Gregor Kobel made several crucial saves to deny their opponents attacking efforts.

Despite PSV’s strong second-half performance, they were unable to convert their chances.

The win is remarkable for Dortmund who last played in the tournament’s quarter-finals in 2021.
