Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, took to his Instagram page to address Nigerians regarding their reliance on prayers.
While he acknowledged the importance of prayer, he emphasized the need for people to also seek solutions in their villages.
Yul Edochie encouraged individuals to go back to their roots and inquire about recurring issues within their families, particularly instances of frequent deaths.
He suggested that if prayers alone have not brought about any changes, it may be beneficial to seek answers through consultations and questioning in one’s village.
“Prayer is good.
But sometimes the answer to your problems lies in your village.
Go home & ask questions.
For some families, death has become a reoccurring thing.
They have prayed for so long yet nothing changed.
Go to your village & ask questions.
Do some consultations.
Many answers lie there”.
In a previous post, the actor emphasized that often what people truly need is financial assistance rather than just prayers.
He advised his followers to consider giving money to those in need rather than solely relying on prayer, emphasizing the impact that tangible help can have on someone’s life.
