Yul Edochie, a central Nollywood character, praised President Bola Tinubu’s decision to delay the 0.5% cybersecurity levy. The directive was issued at the lengthy FEC meeting.
Edochie, known for his staunch support for the president, celebrated the announcement on social media.
He wrote in a post on his official X page: “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is a man who listens to his people, I’m honoured to stand by him. Through thick and thin, I am #Asiwaju Boy.”
Yul Chibuike Daniel Edochie, also known as Yul Edochie, is a Nigerian actor inspired by Russian actor Yul Brynner. He is the son of Nigerian actor Pete Edochie and is from Anambra state. He grew up in both Lagos and Enugu.
