Barcelona is currently facing a financial crisis that has left them unable to register nine key first-team players, as reported by The Athletic.
If the LaLiga giants fail to raise approximately €130million by the end of June, they will not be able to add any new players to their team.
In an effort to secure new investment and restructure their deal with Nike, Barcelona is working to address their financial issues.
As a result, players like Inigo Martinez and Vitor Roque are currently unable to be registered due to their status from last season.
Furthermore, contracts for players like Alejandro Balde, Lamine Yamal, Pau Cubarsi, and Hector Fort have not been registered with LaLiga.
The future of players like Sergi Roberto and Marcos Alonso, whose contracts are expiring soon, is also uncertain.
Additionally, there are ongoing negotiations regarding the contract agreement with Gavi.
