In a recent development, popular Nollywood actresses Iyabo Ojo and Lizzy Anjorin have put an end to their years-long rivalry, making headlines once again.
Previously, Iyabo Ojo had filed a lawsuit against Lizzy, seeking N500 million for defamation.
However, Lizzy did not show up for the initial court hearing in February 2024, leading to the court serving letters at her residence.
But now, the judge overseeing the case has acted as a mediator and successfully reconciled the two actresses.
Iyabo Ojo confirmed to the media that the judge gave them valuable advice to cease their public feud and embrace peace.
A video circulating online shows the actresses leaving the court with smiles, and Lizzy’s husband even approached Iyabo with a peaceful hug.
Lizzy’s lawyer also revealed that both actresses are now willing to make amends and move forward in a positive direction.
