Cardi B returns to Instagram with NSFW photos after deactivating account

Cardi B, a popular American rapper, is facing a lawsuit for alleged copyright infringement. Two singers from Texas and Oklahoma, Miguel Aguilar and Joshua Fraustro, claim that Cardi B used elements of their song “Greasy Frybread” in her track “Enough (Miami)” without permission.

The lawsuit also names Atlantic Records, Warner Music Group, and producers OG Parker and DJ SwanQo as co-defendants.

“Enough (Miami)” was released in March and achieved top 10 hits, while “Greasy Frybread” was featured in the FX series “Reservation Dogs” three years prior.
