American DJ DJ Khaled has called on fans to help convince Rihanna to collaborate with him on his upcoming album.
During an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, DJ Khaled revealed that he had sent a song to Rihanna and asked fans to persuade her to feature on it.
“I just sent her [Rihanna] a record that I want her to get on. I need y’all to help me get the message to her,” he pleaded with the audience.
His 14th studio album, ‘Til Next Time,’ is set to be released later this year and will feature Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy.
DJ Khaled cited Afrobeats as one of the influences for his new album.
Meanwhile, Rihanna has been on a break from music, with her most recent release being the ‘Black Panther 2’ soundtrack ‘Lift Me Up,’ co-written by Nigerian singer Tems.
