Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, has claimed that Facebook is not trustworthy.
Musk’s declaration follows a complaint by UK biologist and writer Richard Dawkins, who stated that his entire Facebook account was deleted.
“Facebook aka “Meta” can never be trusted,” Elon Musk posted on X on Saturday.
This action reportedly occurred after Dawkins tweeted that genetically male boxers, like Imane Khalif (XY undisputed), should not compete against women in the Olympics.
Despite acknowledging that his opinion is open to civil discussion, Dawkins criticized the deletion of his account as a form of censorship.
“My entire @facebook account has been deleted, seemingly (no reason given) because I tweeted that genetically male boxers such as Imane Khalif (XY undisputed) should not fight women in Olympics. Of course my opinion is open to civilised argument. But outright censorship?” he wrote on X.
