‘I never wanted to be a musician’ – Darkoo

British-Nigerian rapper and singer Oluwafisayo Isa, known as Darkoo, has confessed that music was not her original passion.

The ‘Favourite Girl’ artist disclosed in a recent podcast interview that football was her true love.

Darkoo made the decision to transition from football to music after fainting during a football game.

“Music was never the plan. I wanted to be a footballer. A lot of people have not seen me on the pitch because I don’t play football anymore. The last time I played football I fainted because it was a lot of exercise,” she said.
