Zenith Bank has announced the successful completion of its IT infrastructure update following a minor disruption in services.
Between September 29 and October 1, the upgrade caused issues with online banking transactions, triggering customer complaints on social media.
Zenith Bank issued an apology for the inconvenience and verified that customers can now access their accounts and make transactions easily through:

2. Internet banking platform
3. Debit card
4. Agent banking
5. Branches nationwide
The bank explained that the IT upgrade aimed to enhance the quality of services provided to customers.
With the upgrade complete, customers can now enjoy uninterrupted banking services.
