Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ children sent him birthday wishes from prison, where he is currently awaiting trial for alleged sex trafficking.
In a heartwarming video shared on his son Justin’s Instagram, his seven children Quincy, 33, Justin, 30, Christian, 26, D’Lila and Jessie, 17, Love, one, and Chance, 18, came together to celebrate their father’s special day.
“I can’t wait to see y’all, and I just want to say I’m proud of y’all – especially the girls,” he said. “I mean, all y’all for being strong. Thank y’all for being strong and being by my side.”
Diddy added that he has the “best family in the world,” saying, “My birthday, I’m happy. Thank y’all for giving me this call. Thank you very much. I love y’all.”
Diddy hinted that his children may be visiting him at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn soon, saying at the end of the conversation, “See you in a couple of days.”
The disgraced rapper’s children have remained supportive of their father, despite the increasing accusations against him. Last month they released a joint statement, saying, “The past month has devastated our family. Many have judged both him and us based on accusations, conspiracy theories, and false narratives that have spiralled into absurdity on social media. We stand united, supporting you every step of the way. We hold onto the truth, knowing it will prevail, and nothing will break the strength of our family.”
