Pep Guardiola, manager of Manchester City, has stated that there are people who want his team’s dominance to come to an end.
The Spaniard made these comments following City’s failure to defeat Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday.
Guardiola witnessed Brighton overcoming a one-goal deficit to defeat his team at the Falmer Stadium.
“I love a challenge. I won’t step back, more than ever I want to do it,” Guardiola told reporters after the game.
“People want our era to be over but… we’re not finished yet.”
He has led Man City to win six Premier League titles in the last seven years.
