Omoni Oboli, a Nollywood actress and filmmaker, expressed her pleasure after obtaining a certificate of honor from the Mayor of Brampton, Canada.
She took to Instagram to post a video of the beautiful event, revealing that the certificate was to acknowledge her powerful work with her current cinema film, The Uprising. She disclosed that several members of the Mayor’s office have seen the film in Canadian cinemas, and the city is looking forward to hosting a special showing.
Omoni expressed gratitude to the Mayor for the warmth, as she stated that she loved her time in his office.
