It may be a blue Christmas for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who will spend the holiday at Brooklyn, New York’s Metropolitan Detention Center after three unsuccessful attempts to get bailed out.
Combs, 55, whose net worth is estimated by Forbes to be $400 million, has previously utilized social media to capture extravagant Christmas gatherings with family at home and other celebrities on boats in exotic locations.
Following his September 16 arrest in Manhattan in connection with federal s3x trafficking charges, the hip-hop mogul and his legal team have not been able to persuade a judge to let him post bail out of the facility, which has several special activities planned for the holiday.
Federal sources told TMZ Wednesday that the jail facility, MDC Brooklyn, plans a special program for inmates to commemorate the holiday on December 25.
Insiders told the outlet that activities planned for the holiday include card games, dominoes, and sporting competitions in basketball and soccer.
As for the food, the prison’s Christmas Day menu consists of ‘baked Cornish hen, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls and a holiday dessert,’ the outlet reported.
