The rapport between Marcus Rashford and Manchester United’s manager, Ruben Amorim, has allegedly deteriorated to such an extent that they have ceased direct communication.
Rashford, who is 27 years of age, has not participated in any matches for United since mid-December and is keen to depart from Old Trafford this month, having openly expressed his aspiration for a “new challenge.”

Nevertheless, Amorim has declined to incorporate him into matchday rosters, citing deficiencies in training performance and a perceived lack of dedication.
As reported by The Guardian, Amorim engages with him solely when addressing the team as a whole.
Rashford continues to attract the interest of numerous clubs, including Barcelona, West Ham, Aston Villa, Tottenham, Borussia Dortmund, and the Serie A club Como.
However, he is allegedly prepared to accept a reduction in salary to facilitate a transfer to Barcelona.
