Nigerian singer, popularly known as Spyro, has revealed that he charges N20 million for a performance in Nigeria.
During an interview with echo room, Spyro also discussed his conflict with Ubi Franklin, the well-known Nigerian music artist manager and close friend of Davido.
The disagreement arose over the payment for his performance, which was initially meant to be included in a lineup featuring Davido at Iyanya’s birthday celebration.
Ubi had approached Spyro with an offer to perform alongside Davido for just N5000 each.

“I called him to the side, I said, bro, I don’t charge 5k, the least i charge in Nigerian currency is N20 million.
“On getting there, David was on stage, he came down from the stage and i was immediately called up.
“I could not decline at that moment because there were lots of dignitaries there, and afterwards had to digger it out with Ubi for my pay,” he stated
