Seun Kuti, a Grammy-nominated afrobeat artist, stated that he would refuse to stay in heaven if any Nigerian politicians were present.
He expressed disbelief that corrupt politicians are eager to enter heaven and emphasized that their entry would truly make heaven a place of corruption.
Speaking in an Instagram live video, Seun Kuti said, “Despite how corrupt Nigerian politicians are, they still want to make heaven. Yemi Osibanjo is also a pastor. With everything that is happening in this country, these politicians still want to go to heaven.
“If I died and the Christian and Muslim fantasy heaven happens to be true and see that people are actually going to heaven if I see one single Nigerian politician for heaven, I will go outside. Because that would mean that there’s corruption in heaven.”
