A$AP Relli throws bottle in heated courtroom exchange

Despite A$AP Relli filing criminal charges against A$AP Rocky, his time in court has been far from enjoyable.

Throughout the trial, the rapper has expressed his frustrations with the prosecution.

On February 3, tensions escalated as A$AP Relli openly vented about his annoyance towards the prosecution. In a moment caught on camera, he threw a water bottle in the middle of questioning, leading to an interaction with the judge.

The footage shows A$AP Relli criticizing the questions he was being asked, accusing Rocky’s legal team of trying to undermine him. He also claimed that they were attempting to make him appear unintelligent in the eyes of the jury.

“Got me looking stupid for five days,” the rapper said between sips of water. The judge tried to minimize the tension. “Just take it easy,” the judge said. “Just take a swig [of water].”

Maintaining eye contact with the prosecution, A$AP Relli defiantly tossed the water bottle to the floor, creating a loud thud.

A$AP Relli’s frustrations did not end there. He also called out Rocky’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, during his Monday outburst. “I’m not on trial,” he stated. “Been here for five days, dealing with this man.”

His voice took a pointedly aggressive tone soon after. “You think you’re slick,” he asked Tacopina. “I’m on to you! You’re not going to keep tripping me up! You’re not slick!.”

Relli’s fraught dynamic with Joe Tacopina has run throughout the trial. The accuser had a tense exchange with the attorney on January 30, which led to the judge ordering a recess.

To make matters even more stressful, A$AP Relli called out Rocky. He claimed the main who allegedly shot him was staring him down while he testified. “He’s staring at me,” Relli told the judge.

Then, a day later, A$AP Relli snapped at Tacopina for showing his Instagram profile in court. “Why are you showing my Instagram? I’m already getting death threats,” Relli claimed. “[People are] threatening my daughter, like, what’s going on here?.
