Cristiano Ronaldo’s lavish private jet, a £61 million Bombardier Global Express 6500, is currently stuck at Manchester Airport in the UK after its window cracked upon arrival last week.
It remains unknown if the 40-year-old was on board at the time.
The Sun reported that the plane will not be flying anywhere until repairs are completed.
Speculation about a potential return to Old Trafford has arisen among fans as Ronaldo’s jet remains grounded in Manchester.
Manchester United is currently struggling for goals, sitting in 15th place in the table with only 28 goals scored in 25 Premier League games, a record worse than only Ipswich Town and Southampton in the English top flight.
