Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), referred to Vice President JD Vance as a ‘future president’ and praised him as the best Vice President the US has ever had.
Musk, a tech billionaire and top donor to President Donald Trump, suggested that Vance could follow in Trump’s footsteps.
“Best VP ever and our future President,” he wrote.
JD Vance, the third-youngest Vice President in US history with limited experience, had previously served only one term as a senator.
Trump appointed Musk to lead DOGE to reduce government spending and ensure efficiency upon assuming office in 2024.
