Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta remains determined to fight for the Premier League title until it is mathematically impossible.
Despite being 11 points behind leaders Liverpool, Arteta refuses to give up hope.
The Gunners missed an opportunity to close the gap to five points after losing 1-0 to West Ham, while Liverpool extended their lead with a 2-0 win over Manchester City.
Arsenal’s upcoming game against Nottingham Forest, who are six points behind them, will be crucial.
During a press conference on Tuesday, Arteta was questioned about the status of the title race.
He replied: “Over my dead body.
“If I stop believing, I will go home. Mathematically, it is possible.
“If you want to win the Premier League, then you’ll have to do something special.
“If you want to win the Premier League with the circumstances we have, you probably have to do something nobody has done in the history of the Premier League.”
