Videos showing their son playfully interacting with Elon during the press conference circulated online.
X had previously been seen at Trump’s inauguration and election night broadcast with Elon.
Grimes and the Tesla and SpaceX CEO dated from 2018 to 2022 and share three children.
Elon Musk also has six children with his first wife Justine Wilson and three with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
Grimes rarely speaks publicly about her children and has previously described Elon’s public display of their son as “a personal tragedy of mine”.
