Justin Timberlake’s ‘Forget Tomorrow Tour’ faced another setback as the pop star abruptly canceled the final North American show just minutes before it was set to begin.
While the tour has seen successful performances in several regions, it has also experienced multiple postponements and legal controversies.
Taking to social media, Timberlake expressed his heartbreak over the last-minute cancellation, revealing that the flu had taken a toll on him.
In a statement released less than an hour before showtime, he wrote:
“You guys, I’m heartbroken. I have to cancel the show tonight. I went into soundcheck battling the flu and now it’s gotten the best of me. It kills me to disappoint you and my team who worked so hard to make this show happen. I want to reassure you, you’ll be getting refunds for your tickets. I love you all.”
While fans were understandably disappointed, many flooded the comment section with well wishes, urging the singer to prioritize his health before resuming the tour.
