Naira Marley breaks silence after court cleared him out of Mohbad’s death

Nigerian artist Naira Marley has responded to being cleared by the court alongside his friend Sam Larry in the case involving the death of Mohbad.

The Lagos Magistrate Court in Yaba dismissed allegations against Naira Marley, Sammy Larry, and Prime Boy on February 25, 2025.

The court also announced that charges would be brought against the auxiliary nurse who treated Mohbad, Feyisayo Ogedengbe, and Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sodiq.

After the court cleared him, Naira Marley took to his Twitter page to share a quote from the Quran which reads;

“And whoever puts all his trust in Allah, he will be enough for him. (65:3).”
