The Lagos Magistrate Court in Yaba has acquitted Naira Marley and his associates in the death case of Mohbad, also known as Ilerioluwa Aloba.
Magistrate Ejiro Kubenje ruled that Naira Marley had no case to answer.
The court also acquitted music promoter Sam Larry, Owodunni Ibrahim, and Opere Babatunde.
However, the Directorate of Public Prosecution will prosecute Feyisayo Ogedengbe and Ayobami Sadiq for their involvement in Mohbad’s death.
