Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, a renowned gospel singer, has emphasized that not participating in the Hallelujah Challenge does not diminish one’s status as a Christian.

He made this statement in response to discussions on a platform about rejecting potential life partners who are not familiar with gospel artists like himself.

Nathaniel Bassey advised his followers to avoid turning their enthusiasm into unhealthy fixation and urged them to refrain from judging individuals who choose not to partake in his online prayer sessions, known as the ‘Hallelujah Challenge’.

“My dear Brothers and Sisters, Just a note of caution. Please let us be careful and guided so we do not turn our passion to an unholy obsession. Not knowing Nathaniel Bassey or any of the young vibrant servants of God doesn’t make you any less a Christian.

“In fact, there are many Christians that have never heard of me or my music. They don’t have to know me. I’m not the best thing after sliced bread.
