Award-winning filmmaker Funke Akindele has officially announced the release date for her latest movie, Finding Me, set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on March 17, 2025.
Sharing the news via Instagram on Monday, the 47-year-old actress and producer posted a teaser clip with the caption:
“The search is finally over!!! Get ready for Finding Me! ❤️ Join us on this powerful journey of self-discovery. Finding Me streams exclusively on Prime Video on March 17th.”
The film, which has been generating buzz since its teaser campaign last year, features a star-studded cast, including Ariyo Oluwakemisola Apesin, Dakore Egbuson-Akande, Joseph Benjamin, Emeka Nwagbaraocha, Sharon Ooja Egwurube, Shaffy Bello, Omoni Oboli, and Femi Adebayo, among others.
Finding Me follows the massive success of Everybody Loves Jenifa, which remains Nigeria’s highest-grossing film of all time and the biggest box office hit in West Africa. Fans eagerly anticipate another cinematic masterpiece from Akindele, who continues to shape Nollywood with her storytelling prowess.
