Peter Obi, the Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 general election, has denied rumors of his intention to exit the party.
He reaffirmed that he has not engaged in any discussions on the matter with any individual or group.
Peter Obi clarified this stance during the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in Abuja, stating that any decisions regarding the party’s future will be made in consultation with its stakeholders.
“I’ve not told anybody that I’m leaving the Labour Party,” Obi said.
