In a video circulating online, Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, revealed why she ended her relationships with Lil Kesh, singer Korede Bello, influencer Enioluwa, and others in favor of her husband Juma Jux.
Priscilla Ojo’s elaborate traditional wedding with Juma Jux from Tanzania took place on April 17th, 2024, followed by a grand white wedding on April 19th, 2025. Both events, tagged #JP2025, were attended by celebrities and dignitaries from Nigeria and across Africa.
In the resurfaced video, Priscilla Ojo explains that she chose Juma Jux over other suitors because she desires a partner who is wealthier than herself. She emphasizes that while she is financially secure, she believes Juma Jux possesses the level of wealth she desires in a partner.
According to Priscilla Ojo, if she decided to be in a relationship with someone below her bracket, it would be like that person is pulling her back and she does not want that.
In her words; “I am rich, I need someone richer, I make my money, I work hard, so I need someone definitely in that bracket that would support me, can you understand because I feel like, if I am dating someone below me, i feel like you are pulling me back…”
Priscilla Ojo further said that if she has friend who can’t support her by adding value to her life, the friendship won’t last talkless of relationship.
She added; “Even as friend if you are not adding any value to my life we can’t be friend talkless of relationship, you have to support me in one way or he other, I post my business, you support, you patronize me, I support you to, you assit me be there for me on my birthday, be there for me on important days, now imagine having a friend or partner that is not supportive, common now.”
