Rapper and YouTuber DDG has been granted court-approved visitation rights to see his infant son, Halo, in Italy, following a contentious legal battle with actress and singer Halle Bailey.
According to newly obtained court documents, the judge approved DDG’s request to visit Halo abroad, but under strict conditions.
The visitation must be supervised at all times, and DDG is explicitly prohibited from sharing any photos, videos, or social media content involving the child during the visit.
This development follows ongoing tensions between DDG and Bailey, who welcomed Halo in secret in late 2023 and later revealed his name in early 2024.
Bailey has expressed deep concerns over their son’s privacy, especially after DDG previously included subtle references to Halo in vlogs and online content, sparking backlash from fans who accused him of exploiting the situation.
The court’s decision reflects a compromise—allowing DDG the opportunity to bond with his son while also protecting Halo’s privacy and maintaining Bailey’s wishes to keep their child out of the public spotlight.
While neither party has publicly commented on the court ruling, insiders say both are focused on doing what’s best for Halo amid the co-parenting challenges.
