Hollywood veteran Kelsey Grammer is set to become a father again at 70, as his wife Kayte Walsh is reportedly pregnant with their fourth child together — Grammer’s eighth overall.
A source confirmed to the Daily Mail that the pregnancy, though unexpected, has brought fresh excitement to the couple’s marriage.
“Kelsey is thrilled to finally have time to fully enjoy being a father all over again,” the insider shared, adding that the actor has been “incredibly supportive” of Kayte throughout this pregnancy.
The source also noted that after reprising his iconic role in the Frasier reboot, Grammer is ready to focus on family life, embracing the hands-on parenting style he missed in his earlier years.
“He has hung his hat up on that character and is ready for the next phase of his life,” the source added.
Grammer, best known for his award-winning role as Dr. Frasier Crane, has seven children from previous relationships and his current marriage to Kayte.
