Global actress and humanitarian Nomzamo Mbatha has made history as the first-ever South African ambassador for iconic haircare brand Creme of Nature. The partnership marks the brand’s official launch in South Africa, under the bold new campaign titled Rooted in Radiance, which celebrates culture, confidence, and heritage.
Speaking on the milestone, Nomzamo said:
“This partnership is not just a personal milestone; it signifies a broader celebration of African identity and culture.”
Creme of Nature—renowned for its Argan Oil and Pure Honey collections tailored for curly and coily hair—is now available at major retailers like Clicks, Dis-Chem, Takealot, and Amazon, with Checkers stocking the range from July 2025.
Brand Manager Zandi Zinganto called Nomzamo the perfect face for the campaign, describing her as “powerful, graceful, and a celebration of African authenticity.”
Known for roles in Coming 2 America and Shaka iLembe, and her humanitarian work as a UN and Global Citizen Ambassador, Nomzamo stressed that the partnership goes beyond beauty:
“Together, we can redefine beauty standards and inspire countless women to celebrate their authentic selves.”
The Rooted in Radiance campaign urges women to embrace every curl and coil with pride—reminding them that their roots are their radiance.
