South African actress and humanitarian Nomzamo Mbatha has once again teamed up with Levi’s, returning as the face of their Curvy range — a line designed to celebrate and empower women of all shapes and sizes.
At 35, Nomzamo has built an impressive career as an actress, model, and global brand ambassador, and her renewed partnership with Levi’s is a full-circle moment.
“I began as a Levi’s brand promoter during my university days. Today, as the returning face of the Levi’s Curvy campaign, I’m embodying a full-circle moment,” she said with pride.
Nomzamo first partnered with Levi’s in 2019, promoting the Curvy edition, which champions body positivity and encourages women to embrace their natural forms. Her involvement goes beyond modelling, aligning with her values of self-love, inclusivity, and representation.
To celebrate the relaunch of the Levi’s 501 Curvy range, the brand hosted a special brunch and store reopening at Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront, with Nomzamo at the forefront of the campaign launch.
“What an incredible series of events to officially launch the 501 Curve in South Africa. Surrounded by some of the coolest, most authentic, and most dynamic people,” she shared.
For Nomzamo, this campaign is deeply personal, especially during Women’s Month in South Africa, as she continues to encourage women to love and celebrate themselves.
“These iconic jeans redefine style by honouring the shape of all women, blending classic design with a modern embrace of our bodies,” she added.
This renewed partnership not only strengthens her long-standing relationship with Levi’s but also adds another milestone to her growing list of global brand collaborations, rooted in confidence, authenticity, and representation.
