Nollywood actress Ruth Eze has shared candid advice for women who feel pressured to get married due to societal or social media influence.
Taking to her Instagram page, the actress cautioned ladies to avoid making hasty marital decisions to impress others or fit into societal expectations, warning that such choices could lead to lifelong regret.
“My sister, it’s better to wait and marry right o. Don’t allow the internet pressure you o. No go marry mad man because you wan pepper people that don’t give a f*** about you,” she wrote.
Ruth further advised that it’s wiser to patiently wait for the right partner—even if one decides to have a child during the waiting period—than to end up with an unsuitable spouse for the wrong reasons.
“My point is: Wait that wait and marry right. While waiting, you fit drop one o, that one dey. I don talk my own ooo,” she humorously concluded.
