The Court of Appeal sitting in Akure, the capital of Ondo State, has upheld the election of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
The governor who contested and won on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), had his victory reaffirmed following an earlier judgment by the Ondo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal.
CREEBHILLS reports that the tribunal had dismissed the petitions filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Agboola Ajayi, who challenged the outcome of the election.
