GloRilla’s summer is heating up, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down. The rapper is slated to deliver a halftime performance during the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game, taking place in Indianapolis on Saturday, July 19. According to AllHipHop, the game will kick off at 8:30 P.M. ET and will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN+, and Disney+.
The halftime show and game coverage will be available across ABC, ESPN+, and Disney+.
This major appearance comes just ahead of GloRilla’s first-ever “Glo Bash,” happening on July 25 at Memphis’ FedExForum. The hometown concert will feature a lineup of special guests, including Sexyy Red, BossMan Dlow, Rob49, Muni Long, and more.
While GloRilla is stacking up performances and celebrations, she’s also facing a legal challenge. Last month, influencer Natalie Henderson — known online as @slimdabodylast — filed a lawsuit in a Louisiana court, accusing the rapper of using lyrics in her song without proper permission.
The dispute centers on GloRilla’s track “Never Find” from her debut album Glorious, which features the line, “Natural, no BBL / But I’m still gon’ give him hell.” Henderson claims this closely mirrors a lyric from her own 2024 release “All Natural,” which states, “All natural, no BBL / Mad hoes go to hell.”
“There are unmistakable similarities between the two works,” Henderson’s legal team argued, according to Billboard. “Based upon a side-by-side comparison of the two songs, a layperson could hear similarities in the lyrics, arrangement, melody, core expression, content, and other compositional elements in both songs and conclude that songs are essentially identical.”
So far, GloRilla has not issued a public statement regarding the lawsuit.
