Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has issued a stern warning to her longtime industry rival, Lizzy Anjorin, amid escalating tension between the two. In a strongly worded Instagram video, Iyabo made it clear that if any harm were to come to her or her children, Lizzy should be held accountable.
The warning followed Lizzy Anjorin’s celebratory post on social media, in which she claimed that a defamation suit filed against her had been dismissed. However, Iyabo quickly countered that claim, stating that the case hadn’t even begun.
“Lizzy, we have not started any case. The judge threw the case out because she wanted peace. I have been waiting for you to mention my name,” Iyabo Ojo said in the video.
She also addressed claims made by Lizzy about her relationships with other people, pushing back against allegations that she surrounds herself with those who harass Lizzy.
“You said I always associate with people that bully you. Lizzy, we are not friends and I don’t owe you any explanation about who I choose to be close to,” Iyabo Ojo said.
Iyabo expressed frustration over what she described as a pattern of harassment from Lizzy, accusing her of attacking anyone seen with her and creating unnecessary online tension.
The actress ended her statement with a grave note: “If anything should happen to me or my children, Lizzy, you should be held responsible.”
