Controversial Nigerian actor and content creator Lege Miami has taken to social media to express his frustration after a lady he took on a date ordered food worth ₦40,000.
According to Lege, the incident occurred during a first date. While he kept his own order modest at just ₦7,000, the lady went all out, ordering several expensive dishes, including big shrimps, which caused the bill to skyrocket.
Feeling disrespected and labeling her actions as greedy, Lege revealed that he walked out of the date and left her to settle the entire bill.
“She ordered big shrimps and food totaling 40k. I only ate food worth 7k. I left the bill for her—too greedy,” Lege said in a video shared on his social media page.
The incident has sparked online conversations about dating etiquette, financial expectations, and gender roles in relationships.
