Nollywood actress Lizzy Anjorin has reignited her long-standing feud with fellow actress Iyabo Ojo, using her fifth wedding anniversary on Thursday to level a string of serious allegations against her.
In a lengthy Instagram post celebrating her union with husband Lateef Lawal, the 49-year-old shared throwback wedding photos and delivered a scathing message directly aimed at Iyabo.
“2020–2025… Happy wedding anniversary to me and my crown,” she wrote, before launching into accusations of betrayal, sabotage, and endangerment.
Lizzy accused Iyabo of trying to destroy her marriage by spreading false information, including a claim that Senator Dino Melaye had gifted her a diamond ring shortly after her wedding.
“What was your purpose in fabricating stories about that diamond ring? To destroy my marriage?” she asked.
She further alleged that Iyabo:

Hired someone named Fola to secretly record her husband.

Forged a death certificate to solicit public donations.

Shared her private phone number and security code online.

Attempted to kidnap her at 2 a.m. with armed men.

Moved into her estate to stalk her and her family.
“Marriage is about kindness and loyalty, not destruction,” Lizzy wrote, blaming Iyabo for targeting her home, her family, and her livelihood.
The bitter exchange adds to the growing list of public clashes between the two actresses.
Earlier this month, Iyabo Ojo’s Lekki office was gutted by fire. Days later, she released a video alleging that Lizzy visited a herbalist with the names of her and her children — Priscilla and Festus — to lay curses on them.
“If anything happens to me or my kids, Lizzy Anjorin should be held responsible,” Iyabo stated.
Their public rift dates back to 2023, when Iyabo sued Lizzy for ₦1 billion over alleged defamation on social media. Lizzy claimed victory this July after the court struck out the suit.
However, Iyabo clarified that it was the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) that was dismissed, not the main trial.
A Lagos High Court later struck out the suit entirely due to procedural errors, awarding ₦500,000 in costs to Lizzy’s counsel.
Despite calls for peace from fans and industry peers, tensions continue to escalate between the Nollywood stars, with more legal battles and online drama likely ahead.
